If you'd like to return or exchange an item, simply send us an email with the following information:

EXCHANGES

Looking for a different size or product? Let us know which item you purchased and what you'd like to exchange it for.

30 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange or a refund.

To be able to return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped on weekdays (monday-friday).
Shipping time takes about 1-2 weekdays and 1-7 weekdays for international shipping.

CHRISTMAS RETURN:
Items purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchanged for either new size, new item or gift card. Any gift can be returned up until 5 January 2027.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES WILL NO BE ABLE IF:
• Original packaging is not available.
• The product has been used.
• If a label has been removed.
• If there is a make-up on the product.
• If the product contains deodorant, animal hair or perfume.
• If the product was on sale.

CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL INFORMATION:
When ordering, the purchaser writes down informations such as: name, email and address. When ordering the purchaser accepts that these informations goes into our customer database. Define The Line Sport guarantee those informations are confidential. Define The Line Sport will never, under any circumstances, provide customers personal informations to a third party, unless it’s an obligation towards the law.

You can pay with Credit card, Debit card and Netgíró.

Please note that Define The Line Sport online prices may change without notice. 24% VAT is included in the price of the product and invoices are issued with VAT.
